Silver Corporate Membership is designed for growing and established businesses seeking meaningful community partnerships, business recognition and networking opportunities while contributing to GN CLUB's charitable and community objectives.

By becoming a Silver Corporate Member, your business can strengthen its community presence, connect with diverse networks and help GN CLUB develop into a financially sustainable multicultural community and charitable organisation.

Silver Corporate Membership is strictly non-voting and does not provide management authority or additional governance rights.

Silver Corporate Member Benefits

As an approved Silver Corporate Member, your business can enjoy:

1. Official Corporate Membership Certificate

Receive an official GN CLUB Silver Corporate Membership Certificate, recognising your business as a valued supporter of the Association's charitable and community initiatives.

2. Business Listing on GN CLUB Website

Receive a Standard Business Listing on the GN CLUB website, including your business name, logo, business description and website or contact link, subject to approval.

3. Business Logo Recognition

Receive medium-sized business logo recognition on eligible GN CLUB corporate partner webpages and approved event promotional materials.

Logo placement and visibility will be determined according to GN CLUB's approved corporate recognition guidelines.

4. Facebook Business Recognition – Up to 8 Posts Annually

Receive up to 8 Facebook business recognition posts per membership year through GN CLUB's official Facebook presence.

Posts may highlight your business's community support, charitable contributions, partnerships and involvement in GN CLUB activities.

All content is subject to GN CLUB's editorial approval, applicable platform rules and charitable objectives.

5. WhatsApp & Messenger Recognition – Up to 8 Posts Annually

Receive up to 8 approved business recognition posts per membership year through relevant GN CLUB WhatsApp and Messenger community channels.

Promotions are subject to administrator approval, group rules, community relevance and applicable privacy and communication requirements.

6. Invitations to Business & Community Networking Events

Receive invitations to eligible GN CLUB business networking events, multicultural gatherings and community partnership activities.

Connect with community leaders, professionals, business owners, volunteers and representatives of diverse communities.

7. Invitations to Charity & Community Activities

Receive invitations to participate in eligible GN CLUB charitable and community initiatives, including:

• Community fundraising and support activities.

• Multicultural community development programs.

• Youth, education and family initiatives.

• Women's empowerment and community wellbeing programs.

• Volunteering and community assistance activities.

• Other charitable initiatives consistent with GN CLUB's constitutional objects.

Participation is voluntary and subject to program suitability, availability and approval.

8. Opportunities to Support Specific Community Programs

Your business may express interest in supporting approved GN CLUB charitable and community programs through sponsorship, volunteering, resources or other appropriate contributions.

Additional sponsorship or partnership arrangements will be separately agreed and approved where required.

9. Recognition at GN CLUB Community Events

Receive standard corporate recognition at eligible GN CLUB community events, subject to event arrangements, approved recognition guidelines and available opportunities.

This benefit does not provide preferential access to charitable assistance, governance decisions or community resources.

10. Business Promotional Materials at Events

Subject to prior approval, your business may have opportunities to display or distribute appropriate promotional materials at eligible GN CLUB events.

All promotional activities must remain reasonable, lawful and consistent with GN CLUB's charitable and community objectives.

11. Member Updates & Partnership Opportunities

Receive relevant GN CLUB updates, event announcements, community program information, volunteering opportunities and invitations to consider future charitable partnerships.

Who Can Apply?

Silver Corporate Membership is open to eligible businesses, including:

• Australian registered companies and businesses.

• Sole traders.

• Partnerships.

• Other lawful business entities approved under the GN CLUB Constitution.

Applicants must:

• Operate a lawful business.

• Provide a valid ABN or other applicable business registration details.

• Support GN CLUB's charitable and multicultural community objectives.

• Agree to comply with the GN CLUB Constitution, by-laws, policies and lawful resolutions.

• Obtain Management Committee approval.

One Silver Corporate Membership applies to one approved business or legal entity. Separate businesses or entities generally require separate applications and memberships.

Businesses owned or operated by GN CLUB ordinary members, founding members or Management Committee members may apply, subject to the Association's Conflict of Interest Policy and applicable law.

Important Membership Information

Membership Type: Silver Corporate Member – Non-Voting

Annual Membership Fee: AUD $500

Membership Period: 12 months from the approved membership commencement date, subject to annual renewal.

Business Coverage: One approved business or legal entity per membership.

Voting Rights: None.

Management Rights: None.

Corporate Membership does not entitle a business to nominate, vote, hold elected office or participate in the management of GN CLUB.

Where a business owner separately holds an eligible individual Voting Membership, their existing personal voting rights remain subject to the Constitution. Corporate Membership does not create additional votes.

Submitting an application and paying the membership fee does not automatically confirm membership. Membership commences only following Management Committee approval and entry in the Register of Members.

A complete application will normally be determined within 90 days. If an application is refused, the applicable application or membership fee will be refunded within 30 days, subject to the Constitution and applicable law.

Terms and Conditions

Membership Applications and Approval

All applications are subject to eligibility verification, Management Committee approval and the requirements of GN CLUB Constitution Version 1.1.2.

GN CLUB reserves the right to approve or refuse an application in accordance with its Constitution and applicable law.

An applicant may withdraw an undetermined application in writing within 10 business days of submission and receive a full refund of applicable application and membership fees, as provided by the Constitution.

Except where otherwise required by the Constitution or applicable law, fees for an approved and commenced membership are generally non-refundable.

Corporate Recognition and Promotional Benefits

Corporate recognition, website listings, Facebook posts, WhatsApp and Messenger acknowledgements, event participation and promotional opportunities are subject to GN CLUB's policies, available resources, editorial approval and applicable laws.

Promotional entitlements are limited to the approved membership period and are not transferable to another business without GN CLUB approval.

GN CLUB does not guarantee business enquiries, sales, customer referrals, financial returns or specific commercial outcomes.

Charitable Purpose and Use of Funds

Silver Corporate Membership is intended to support GN CLUB's financial sustainability and charitable and community objectives.

Funds received will be applied towards lawful activities consistent with the Association's Constitution, including community support, education, multicultural initiatives, youth and family programs, charitable activities and reasonable operational expenses.

Business recognition and networking benefits must remain ancillary to GN CLUB's charitable purposes.

Conflict of Interest

Businesses associated with Management Committee members or other GN CLUB officeholders must comply with the Association's Conflict of Interest Policy.

Any relevant personal or financial interest must be disclosed and managed appropriately.

No Corporate Member shall receive preferential treatment, additional governance authority or unauthorised benefits because of their relationship with a GN CLUB officeholder.

Donations and Tax Deductibility

Silver Corporate Membership fees are payments for membership and associated benefits and must not automatically be treated as tax-deductible charitable gifts.

Additional voluntary donations may be accepted separately.

GN CLUB must not represent donations as tax-deductible or issue DGR receipts unless it has the relevant legal endorsement or entitlement.

Privacy and Business Information

GN CLUB may collect and manage business and personal contact information for membership administration, corporate recognition, communications, events, fundraising and other lawful Association activities.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements and GN CLUB's Privacy Policy.

Business logos, descriptions and promotional materials may be published only with appropriate permission and approval.

Online Payments

Online payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Payments are subject to the relevant provider's applicable terms and privacy requirements.

Use of Funds

Where funds raised for a particular event, activity or community initiative exceed the amount reasonably required, or where circumstances prevent the intended activity from proceeding, remaining funds may be applied to other lawful charitable and community activities consistent with GN CLUB's objects, subject to applicable donor restrictions, funding conditions and legal requirements.

Acceptance

By submitting a Silver Corporate Membership application and making payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to comply with:

• GN CLUB Constitution Version 1.1.2.

• GN CLUB Corporate Membership and Sponsorship Policies.

• GN CLUB Conflict of Interest Policy, where applicable.

• GN CLUB Privacy Policy.

• Other applicable by-laws, policies and lawful resolutions.

Where these Terms and Conditions conflict with the GN CLUB Constitution or applicable law, the Constitution and applicable law will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
